We do not intentionally collect sensitive categories such as government IDs or full payment card numbers. Sharing such data is prohibited by RRM rules.

We do not sell personal data. We will never disclose or export subscriber data outside the above purposes unless you expressly request it.
5. Data Exports From RRM
Tech Stack may export subscriber, contribution, insights, or newsletter data from RRM to secure Google Drive folders to perform customer care or analytics. These exports remain in restricted-access folders and are deleted or archived after 24 months unless a longer retention is required for legal reasons.
6. International Transfers
Our servers and some partners are located outside your jurisdiction (including the United States and the European Union). Where required, we rely on:

- UK International Data Transfer Addendum
- Adequacy decisions or explicit consent
7. Retention Periods

How to exercise:
For RRM subscription data – open your Google Account › Payments & subscriptions › Manage subscriptions to view, download, or delete.
For all other Site data – email [email protected] with your request. We will respond within 30 days.
9. Security Measures

- Principle of least privilege for RRM data exports

10. Children’s Privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their personal information. If we learn we have done so, we will delete it promptly and notify Google if the record originated from RRM systems.
